Job Description
The successful candidates will plan, coordinate and implement research programmes in accordance with the Institute’s strategy, policy, and procedures and funder requirements.
He/she will create research teams and collaborations that understand the Institute’s research direction; and communicate direction of research in order to inspire team members to reach research goals.
The Research Fellow/Associate will closely work with the Institute leaders and assist in developing a strong MwAPATA Institute visibility and support establishment of the Institute as a strong partner to Government, the NGO community and private sector in agriculture.
