Job Description

Be a part of the marketing team, for all marketingstrategies and activities within the Bank.

Supports the head of the department in delivering on keysales metrics and policy direction while providing informed feedback on majormarketing initiatives by the Bank.

Provides inputs into key decisions regarding productdistribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. Work with other Bankofficers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and serviceofferings.

Job Responsibilities

Market the Bank Loan and Savingproduct to the prospective customers

Proper and effective advertisingof the bank product through the social media platforms to attract customers.

Responsible for ensuringcustomers satisfaction in deposit mobilization and loan origination.

Research and analyses markettrends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affectsmarketing strategies.

Serves as business relationofficer to customers to assist in solving all banking related issueswithout coming to the bank.

Follow up on loan customers toensure loan repayment as scheduled.

Job Requirements 

A minimum of BSc or HND in Marketing.

A minimum of one year experience in Marketing Bank Product,young, innovative, and dynamic marketers without experience may be consideredif found to possess the relevant skills.

Ability to sell bank product to prospective customers inPublic and Private sector, organizations and individuals

Skills:

Marketing skill

Competent in use of Microsoft Office Softwares.

Digital Marketing skill

Ability to use Social Media

Graphic Arts design will be an added advantage.
