Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Create, edit and distribute correspondence, mass mailings.
  2. Prepare Proposals to Customer and Do regular Follow up.
  3. Process orders via email or phone.
  4. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  6. Develop monthly sales reports.
  7. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  8. Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  9. Organize and arrange sales meetings and conferences.
  10. Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.
  11. Maintain and manage customer databases.
  12. Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
  13. Coordinate between sales and purchase departments.
  14. Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff.
  15. Perform office management duties – mail, phones, security, facilities, parking, ordering office supplies, equipment servicing/maintenance, etc.
