Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create, edit and distribute correspondence, mass mailings.
- Prepare Proposals to Customer and Do regular Follow up.
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Organize and arrange sales meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.
- Maintain and manage customer databases.
- Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
- Coordinate between sales and purchase departments.
- Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff.
- Perform office management duties – mail, phones, security, facilities, parking, ordering office supplies, equipment servicing/maintenance, etc.
