Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of travel services, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
- Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored travel solutions to meet their expectations.
- Manage and track all sales activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high customer satisfaction index.
- Regularly follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide daily reports on sales activities and progress
Please note that this position is strictly commission-based. You will receive 20% of the profit margin on your monthly sales, with payments made on the last working day of each month. The higher your sales, the higher your margin, and the higher your take-home commission. Do not worry, there are lots of services to work with.
