Job Description

Key Elements of the Role

  1. Report to the Sales Manager.
  2. Identify key market segments and developing demand generation plans.
  3. Promote the company’s products/services.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and submitting proposals/quotes to prospective customers.
  5. Develop sales presentations for varying sales meetings.
  6. Manage existing customers and business relationships.
  7. Obtain feedback and reports from dealers and local PGM’s.
  8. Meetassigned sales target (monthly, quarterly and annual).
  9. Maintain an updated database of customers, with their sales records.
  10. Respond to queries and requests from customers.
  11. ConvincingPGM’sto use Genuine Spare Parts through OJT showing comparison with fake spare parts available in the market.
  12. Assisting in managing all existing customers through regular communication with key contacts.
  13. Promoting the company’s products.
  14. Developing sales and operational knowledge of all our products.
  15. Conducting follow-up activities with the aim of exceeding customers expectation.

Desired Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
  2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company.
  3. 2W , 3W sales experience is an added advantage.
  4. Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets.
  5. Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage.
  6. Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
  8. Target-drive.
  9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
