- Managing all Solar sales operations namely Profits, Revenue and Targets
- In charge of daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual volume target achievement and projection
- Identification, development of 3rd party distribution framework through retail creation and partnership development
- Responsible for business performance and development reports
- Responsible for Recruiting, Managing, training, Coaching, Mentoring and Motivating staff.
- Ensure achievement of set standards of customer service excellence
- Manage annual budgets to ensure attainment set business goals
