Oversee, direct and supervise sales activities to achieve the projections of the hotel’s business and commercial action plan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maximize the rooms and food & beverage sales of the hotel.
· Develop and maintain external relations in order to facilitate sales.
· Maintain good internal relations and communication.
Requirements: Possession of a first degree in Marketing or any relevant field of study and a minimum of 6 years’ work experience in a similar department in a Hotel, 3 of which must be at a supervisor level and above. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and of the local market is required. Knowledge of effective sales techniques is essential.
