Responsibilities
- Communicates with consumers by greeting them.
- Talks to customers to learn about their wants and preferences for products.
- Displays and explains products, choosing and recommending options that are fit for the needs of the customers.
- Addressing inquiries from customers about the products.
- Helps clients make purchasing decisions.
- Places special orders and retrieves goods from the sales floor, the stock room, or other inventory locations.
- Utilizes the POS system in the store to take payment.
- Exchanges and refunds are handled.
- Does other tasks as directed.
