The One Club World organization is seeking a Sales support coordinator for its sales team, an individual who will be an extension of our team. Such individual is enthusiastic and passionate about the work they do.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
- Operating the company’s automated phone system, scheduling calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Researching leads and making sure they meet our criteria before closing the deal
- Ensuring an effective system in place to ensure that all inquiries are properly handled and tracked
- Participate in weekly trainings and conference
Skills Required:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients about their issues and concerns.
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions while also working with others.
