Devising and developing original advertising and communicationsideas that engage the target audience and address the client’s businessproblem.
Mentoring of Junior Art Directors.
Presenting ideas to the Creative Director for approval fromconcepts and executions.
Producing sketches, visual references, and storyboards to conveythe concept to the agency team, and then on to clients, designers, andproducers.
Responding to client and research feedback and continuing todevelop the work until the final approval stage.
Staying up-to-date with an available talent for commissioningamong photographers, illustrators, and film directors through regularlyreviewing their books and showreels.
Overseeing the production of creative outputs e.g. printadvertisements, TV commercials, mailings, social media content, etc.
Remain current on industry trends and technology
Workon other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
