The Senior Executive Administrator’s primary duties will be to efficiently manage.
Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, plan trips and make appropriate logistical arrangements, draft and/or prepare CEO communications and presentations.
Maintain the CEO’s organizational efficiency.
Practical knowledge of maintaining LAN, WAN, printers, thin clients, outlook, MS Office, etc.
The Senior Executive Assistant’s primary responsibilities include arranging travel, scheduling meetings, and maintaining daily calendars.
You must be proactive, adhere to deadlines, and communicate well to succeed in this position.
Handles mail, prepares materials and documents, does research, and, if necessary, fills in at meetings to assist the CEO with external meetings.
In coordination with the PCI Development, New Business, Technical Leadership and Support Team or other important personnel, as necessary, assists the CEO with preparation for external meetings, conferences, and events by setting priorities for contacts to be made and meetings to be formed.
Arranges the CEO’s significant travel, processes travel expense reports (using the PCI-specific travel agency and the Concur Travel & Expense system), and gathers and prepares necessary paperwork, such as entry requirements, trip portfolios, advances, etc. travels when necessary with the CEO.
Supervises and screens the CEO’s visitors and phone calls to ensure proper follow-through.
coordinates with Development, New Business Development, Marketing & Communications, and other departments while keeping the CEO’s contacts list up to date.
