Job Description
- Knowledge of PFM structures and functions in Malawi taking into account current PFM reforms being implemented;
- Well-grounded understanding of the role of PFMSD in coordinating the PFM reform in the MoF and more broadly the public sector;
- Strong understanding of change management approaches and principles, together with engagement in change management initiatives;
