Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Interested candidates should have 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
- 5+ years of building scalable & high audience engagement/retention-based consumer-facing products in emerging markets;
- Prior experience building mobile-first Neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance);
- Prior experience working on AI projects and should possess AI skills
- Knowledge in Programming languages (python, R, java).
- Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Creative problem solver mindset with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel.
- Hungry to stay up to date with regards to latest developments in the Nigerian FinTech and regulatory landscape;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
