To manage an effective and efficient facility level program that will ensure quality in delivery of services to clients, also, Develop, implement and monitor work plan for all Mulanje sites, Develop and manage Facility budgets including reconciling of facility expenditures and budgets as well as the smooth running of sites and Facilitate monthly Site Coordinator meetings and communicate learning back to Snr Program Manager and country office staff
