Job Description
This position will assist the cash and food assistance manager in program coordination and M&E support to the cash & food assistance program in World Vision. The job holder will ensure program reporting and compliance by working with project managers (senior commodity officers) and sub recipients where applicable towards timely, detailed and quality program and financial reporting. Provide hands-on support in program implementation and quality assurance through periodic field monitoring and ensuring that capacity gaps of field staff and sub recipients are identified and capacity building plans developed and implemented in a timely manner.
