Job Description
The Digital Designer supports Busara?s new Communications division from its headquarters in Nairobi. This is a position that cuts across all divisions at Busara and requires capability in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. The Digital Designer will ensure that all elements on our digital platforms are optimized for improved usability, readability, engagement, relevance and exceptional visual design. With frequent ongoing projects within the organisation at once, there are a wide variety of digital design challenges and design needs. These range from optimizing mobile application interfaces, designing digital products for testing and / or data collection, developing client-facing content platforms, to developing a culture of design-thinking at Busara.
