Job Description
- Experience in designing and securing buy-in of strategic communications action plans collaboratively with government stakeholders, producing analytical reports and communication products, and implementing knowledge management tools or systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to perform in diverse and multicultural environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Knowledge of PFM structures and functions in Malawi taking into account current PFM reforms being implemented will be an asset and well regarded.
