Job Title: Showroom Sales Representative

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

The Showroom Sales representative is to increase sales,market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working withthe customers, contractors, architects, designers (and their clients) inchoosing from a wide variety of furniture. Our Showroom Sales Associate                           provides expertproduct knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.

Job Duties:

             Work withcustomers in planning and product selection

             Possess aprofessional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude

             Usesstrong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral andwritten), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hookthe customer

             Assist inprocessing orders, quotations and reserves

             Maintainclient database for follow up purposes

             Assistmanager in marketing campaigns

             Maintainthe Showroom as a professional place of business

             Followcompany policies and procedures

             Assistwith other duties assigned by the Showroom Manager

Job Requirements:

             Deliverssuperior customer service

             Effectivelistening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills

             Accuracyand attention to detail

             Professionaldemeanor

             Demonstratedunderstanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques

             Demonstratedsuccess in growing sales or generating leads

             Stand/walkfor duration of work hours

             Knowledgeof Microsoft Office Suite

             Minimum1-2 years related experience in sales operations or sales support

             AdvancedWord and Excel skills

             Strongworking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

             Abilityto multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks

             Exceptionalcommunication skills both orally and written with clients in English and Hausa

             Knowledgeof the interior design community
