Responsibilities

Assist in the review of all applications as directed by the General Manager.
Ensure the website’s security by acquiring and renewing security certificates, patches, and other updates.
Ensure that bugs on the Company’s website and other relevant applications are detected and fixed in a timely manner.
Ensure that the content on the Company’s website and other applications is always up to date and relevant.
Collaborate with other members of the IT Team to design, develop, deploy, and support any other assigned application.
Ensure the placement and management of advertisements across all applications.
Serve as the e-commerce application’s and the Company’s website’s IT administrator.
Assist the Sage ERP administrator in resolving all complaints.
Assist in ensuring that all approved software changes are implemented.
Assist in ensuring that web and mobile users are educated.
