Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. To organize, arrange, coordinate, and teach classes at the Center during the day, at night, or on weekends.
2. To maintain a high degree of proficiency in the subjects being taught and to arouse interest in those subjects.
3. To guarantee that each program/class has the necessary curricular elements, the proper content and pedagogy, and remains up to date.
4. Should keep thorough and accurate academic records, including attendance logs.
5. Must complete additional center assessments and evaluate classes in accordance with school policy.
6. To guarantee that scheduled classes are held as assigned.
7. To offer advice to the academic director of the center for the enhancement of the curriculum in line with the goals of the center.
8. To set up every course taught into a useful learning tool.
9. To research and make use of student learning.
10. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
11. Exhibit emotional control and stability.
12. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal relationship skills.
13. Positive attitude with great customer service skill.
