Job Description


  1. Take possession of all incoming materials and check them against purchase orders.
  2. Keep track of, record, and correct any errors with orders you’ve received.
  3. Update records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns to ensure the facility’s inventory system is accurate.
  4. Manage supplies and inventory to keep them within the predetermined minimum and maximum levels.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all purchases, sales, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
  6. It is your responsibility to package, charge, label, and return items.
  7. Rotating stocks and coordinating the disposal of excess
  8. Oversee the movement of equipment, the handling of freight, and minor repairs
  9. Maintaining high ethical standards in contacts both internally and outside, managing supplier relations and database.
  10. To carry out low-value procurement tasks, use purchasing cards and purchase orders.
