Job Description

The Stores Officer will be required to work with the Company accountant and Technical supervisor to ensure the correct materials and products are available when needed, in the appropriate location and at the appropriate time through proactive stores processes. He/ She will also be responsible for the security of the stores area and all stock and materials held. To ensure stock items held meet the requirements and specifications to meet operational demand and to liaise with management to ensure that trends are accommodated within the min ? max criteria and ensure the efficient use of imprest stock by providing regular performance reports.
