Responsibilities

Through research, analysis, the initiation of improvement solutions, and monitoring of the development, update, and implementation of strategic policies, to ensure the availability of data and insights for validating and articulating IT Horizons & Zojatech’s business planning strategy, competitive focus, and growth plans
drives the creation and execution of the corporate strategy for IT Horizons & Zojatech, which is represented in the departmental goals, spending, and annual plans, and successfully engages all team members and stakeholders.
Align the organizational strategy with the departmental goals, procedures, and resource allocation.
outlines and validates the business direction, goals, competitive focus, and operational plans of IT Horizons & Zojatech by offering strategic insights and blueprints.
coordinates the creation, revision, and application of corporate policies.
