JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and experienced Subsidiary Managing Director to join our real estate company, Assetrise Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing, sales and business development, with at least five years of experience in the relevant field. The Subsidiary Managing Director will be responsible for developing and growing a subsidiary business unit, building and managing a sales team, and achieving exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and grow a subsidiary business unit – The Subsidiary Managing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow a subsidiary business unit for Assetrise Ltd.

Build and manage a sales team – The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and building a highly effective sales team that will drive sales and revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven working experience as a manager, sales executive, and business development manager – The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in managing, sales, and business development in any of the relevant fields, including Banking, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, E-commerce, or any other relevant field.

Proven sales track record – The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record of sales achievement and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in customer support – The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, as exceptional customer service is a critical component of this role.

Proficiency in English – The successful candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

Market knowledge – The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Strong Leadership Skill – The Subsidiary Managing Director should have a strong leadership skill to manage the sales team effectively.

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills – The successful candidate should have strong negotiation and consultative sales skills to close high-ticket deals.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills – The Subsidiary Managing Director should be highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills – The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Exceptional customer service skills – The Subsidiary Managing Director should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Persuasive skill – The successful candidate should possess persuasive skill to convince clients to make a decision.

High ticket-closing skills – The ideal candidate should possess high ticket-closing skills to close high-value deals.

REMUNERATION

This position is commission based, and the successful candidate will earn up to 20% of total sales weekly. The salary is from ₦750,000.00 per month to unlimited potential earnings through commission.

LOCATION

The Subsidiary Managing Director will be based in Lagos, Nigeria. 

Job Types: Hybrid 

Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: ₦750,000.00 – ₦1,000,000 per month
