Responsible for Premia 11 configuration of all master for Products, Financial Accounts, Reinsurance, Workflow, Customers & Claims
Providing Level 0 & Level 1 support for issues reported by users. This involves simple queries from users that do not need escalation to Application vendor
Liaising with vendor for Level 2, Level 3 issue resolution, Change Requests & Projects that require core application code changes
Developing, implementing & maintaining application interfaces (APIs) to integration with internal & external systems for the region
Executing monthly business application SOPs & processes
Deploying new features & providing training to business champions on the same
