Job Summary
DelonJobs is helping a leading bank in Lagos to hire an experienced System Support Executive. The successful candidate will monitor and maintain the company computer systems, be responsible for installation, configuration and solve technical issues as they arise.
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.

Job Description:

Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Minimum of 2.2)
- NYSC Discharge certificate
Technical Experience
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff
Skills/ Competence
- Installation and troubleshooting of Linux and various open source applications.
- Sound knowledge on Network support
- Working with LANs/WANs, Routers/Switches, firewalls DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and P2P.
- Hands on experience in installation configuration of Router, switches.
- Monitoring and fault finding for issues related to Network.
