•Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
•Development of workflows and procedures for talent benchmarking and talent assessment.
•Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
•Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
•Develop, design and implement assessment center models of recruitment.
•Responsible for overall profitability and branding of the 5C Limited talent acquisition business
Qualifications & Experience :
•Minimum of 5 years working experience
•Oil and Gas Industry experience required
•In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods and recruitment process
•Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
•Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
