Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Adding new employee data to our internal databases, including contact information and employment forms
  2. Assemble payroll information such as vacation, working hours, and bank accounts
  3. Examine application forms and resumes
  4. Set up and confirm candidate interviews.
  5. Post, modify, and remove job listings from career pages, job boards, and social media
  6. distributing employment agreements and ensuring their fulfillment.
  7. issuing enrollment documentation to new hires.
  8. conducting orientations for new hires.
  9. communicating the advantages to employees.
  10. addressing inquiries from within the firm about HR.
  11. Prepare any necessary HR-related reports (like training budgets by department)
  12. Answer questions from employees concerning perks (like number of remaining vacation days)
  13. Review and disseminate company policies in print copy or digital media.
