Job Description
DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Team Lead, Core Banking Application Support for a leading financial institution in Nigeria. The individual must be able to ensure 24 X 7 High availability of the Core Banking Application; Provide leadership to the Core Banking application Management team; Ability to translate business designs and expectations to Flexcube products.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure system parameters are optimized to support daily banking operations
- Drive the Flexcube WebLogic Application and ISO
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the bank’s core banking application
- Provides supervisory leadership on End of Day on Core Banking applications in Nigeria and African Subsidiaries
- Produce/update and deliver user training/procedures on Flexcube.
- Follow-up on Oracle OFSS on problems escalated through MOS to ensure timely closure
- Co-ordinate change requests on Flexcube, in conformity with change management process of the bank
- Ensure successful processing transactions via the ISO gateways
- Effectively undertake other tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Head, Technology Operations
- Day to day review of systems and guarantee complete EOD or EOM or EOY processing
Qualifications and Experience
- Good technology-related university degree preferably in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science
- Flexcube Knowledge
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in client/server, 3-tier technologies
- Possess adequate knowledge of Networking (LAN & WAN)
- Oral & Written communication
- Minimum of 2 years cognate IT experience/Graduate from Access Bank School of banking excellence.
- Certification(s) in IT Service Management or MCP or OCP will be an added advantage.
