DelonJobsis seeking to hire 5 Team Lead, Core Banking Application Support for a leading financial institution in Nigeria who will proactivelydefine and meet the support needs of Flexcube end users. Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure system parameters are optimal to support dailybanking operations.
2. Drive the Flexcube WebLogic application and ISO. 
3. Servers monitoring.
4. Ensure the availability, integrity, and security ofthe bank’s core banking application. 
5. Monitor service levels of end-user solutions andplatforms; initiate activities to improve under-performing areas within theagreed SLA.
6. Produce/update and deliver user training/procedures onFlexcube.
7. Ensure the team provides 2nd Level user support to allFlexcube related incidents on service desk.
8. Track service desk incidents and CRM cases to ensurelogged requests are resolved timely within SLA by the team.
9. Follow-up on Oracle OFSS on problems escalated throughMOS ensure timely closure.
10. Co-ordinate change requests on Flexcube, in conformitywith change management process of the bank.
11. Ensure successful processing transactions via the ISOgateways.
12. Day to day review of systems and guarantee completeEOD or EOM or EOY processing.

Job Requirements:

1. Knowledgeable in Product setup across all the modules inFlexcube.
2. Must have experience in system combination involving corebanking applications, preferably Flexcube.
3. Proficient in SQL.
4. Proficient in client/server, 3-tier technologies.
5. Highly knowledgeable in technical architectures andtopologies.
6. In depth knowledge of production systems support, andoperational procedures. 
7. Knowledge of enterprise management tools.
8. Proficient in business application systems, System software,problem management system and office automation tools e.g., Microsoft Office,etc. 
9. Possess adequate knowledge of Networking (LAN & WAN).
10. Oral & Written communication skills.  
11. General supervisory, managerial and administration skills.
12. IT certifications and other professional qualifications.
