JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
- Contributing to meeting monthly/yearly sales targets.
- Answering customer and sales team queries.
- Mediating disputes with customers and Sales team.
- Solid understanding of financial industry policies and competitive products.
- Be able to provide mentorship.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
