DelonJobs is a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to hire 3 Team Leads- Infrastructure and Storage to Supervise and Maintain all aspects of the Bank’s Storage and ensure daily/weekly /Monthly backup circle. Qualification and Experience:
- MBA/MSc,
- First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification)
- Minimum of 10-15 years IT Operations experience in a technology environment
- ITIL and other professional qualification will be an added advantage
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations Good and Strong Working Knowledge of Cisco Router, Operating
- Experienced in firewall management.
- Strong Network Troubleshooting Skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor storage and Backup status using necessary Monitoring Application and tools.
- Carry out all suggested Backup activities and maintain a consistent Backup circle.
- Achieve a 100% backup status.
- Ensure proper functioning of all Backup and Storage drives under your purview.
- Carry out Backup and storage Audit, periodically to ensure the Backup and storage are healthy.
- Generate monthly capacity report. Showcasing the authenticity of our backup strategy
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Storage and Backup policies bank wide
- Research and suggest improvement initiatives with regards to Storage and Backup activities / checks.
- Monitor and ensure security of the Bank’s Backup/Storage.
