Job Description


  1. To assure the desired outcome of integrating new technology into the company’s operational processes, manage the implementation process on a daily basis.
  2. To ensure the best possible implementation of process activities, communicate with leaders from many fields.
  3. To the core process team and field executives, provide direction and explanation.
  4. Facilitate and improve the technical knowledge, process expertise, and competence of the operating team.
  5. Establish daily activity agendas and have daily start and close meetings.
  6. Obtain and analyze team and executive daily, weekly, and monthly reports before submitting them to the executive director.
  7. Prepare a progress report and present it at management meetings every month.
  8. Organize and chair review meetings to enhance strategy implementation.
  9. Ensure that all functional facilities needed for process implementation are fully provided and made available on time.
