Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working in software development as a manager/ in a senior role
- Proven experience working with a wide range of stacks & platforms(MEAN, LAMP, Java, Mobile/Cross-platform, Web)
- Strong DevOps and Software Reliability skills across providers and tools(AWS, Azure, Git, etc)
- Deep agile methodology experience
- Deep understanding of computer systems
- Deep grasp of logic
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture
- Proven experience managing a wide range of software projects
- Strong project management skills
- Tact & Diplomacy
- Conflict resolution skills.
