Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. By phone or email, provide technical assistance and solutions for Hardware and Software-related problems.
  2. maintaining client satisfaction by managing open support cases inside the company and coming up with a fix or workaround.
  3. Put all information about a client interaction in the CRM database.
  4. Recognize and gather product demand from customers. R&D team, Expert Service and Delivery team, and Product Team closely cooperating.
  5. Work together with the sales team to create a thorough project plan, analyze the practical needs of the clientele, and look for potential solutions.
  6. Create knowledge base material for the technical staff and clients.
  7. Examine, test, and troubleshoot products that have been returned.
