Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software issues with clients in person.
  2. Always be in charge of the technical components of all internal production.
  3. Investigate and comprehend how to implement massively complicated IT systems.
  4. Installing and configuring computer programs and systems for the business.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for all client and employee inquiries regarding computer and system issues.
  6. Installing new networking, software, and hardware. identifying and fixing problems with hardware, networking, and software
  7. Set priorities for and simultaneously handle numerous open concerns.
  8. Control all of the organization’s security systems, including the CCTV, alarms, and others.
