Technical Training Manager – TTM221 – Jobs in Nigeria 2023

Responsibilities

Provide technical, product, and driver training through an internal and external channel partner training program.
Conduct workshops or aftermarket orientations for new hires.
Work with local manufacturers, trade associations, technical/vocational schools, and universities to coordinate their existing training programs with the technical and professional courses they provide.
Create a training calendar, plans, and schedules in accordance with the recognized training needs, specific departmental operations, business systems, or modifications to the offered goods, services, or processes.
Create and build educational resources such as training manuals, a reference library, testing and evaluation methods, multimedia visual aids, and more.
Keep training logs and record specific training as needed to comply with local, state, and federal standards.
Teach supervisory staff efficient methods for performance review and on-the-job training.
Keep up with the latest innovations, strategies, and approaches in the training industry.
Maintain a polished demeanor.
