Job Description
The team of the Head of this newly created Technical Unit will be composed of a project development officer and two Specialists: Rehabilitation and Education. The Chad program will close at the end of 2021 two major projects implemented over the past 4 years. The challenge of this position will therefore be twofold: to support the launch of new projects in Lake and northern Chad, with a challenge of quality of implementation, but also to develop the program by reflecting on a partnership and sectoral strategy in connection with HI’s technical strategies and the growing needs in Chad.
