- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the client and adjust script in line with company standard to meet the needs of specific individuals.
- Obtain the necessary customer information and record details of client’s responses and reactions to services offered.
- Handle customer questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule/ book client for appointment to attend sales presentations and meet with the sales team.
- Contact customers to follow up based on previous discussion and reactions.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- At least 1-year relevant work experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
