Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. To guarantee efficient operations, managers oversee daily activities, carry out maintenance plans.
2.  Assess operational breakdown data in specific areas connected to energy consumption, water treatment plant output levels, and labor costs.
3. Managing effluent and sewage treatment plant, firefighting pump house, fire detection system, and PA system, central air conditioning and heating systems (administrative building), 
4. Power backup systems, including UPS and diesel generators, air compressors, bore well maintenance, and fire detection, alarm, and PA system.
5. Ensuring EHS requirements are followed in all areas covered by the role portfolio on a daily basis.
6. Earthing pit testing, relay calibration, and breaker servicing in HT/LT rooms.
7. Annual checkups for diesel generators.
8. Upkeep of bore wells.
9. Putting on safety programs such as fire drills and others to make sure staff members are ready for emergencies.
10. Arranging for routine maintenance.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
