We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and account statements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Support audit processes and tax documentation.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
