Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive and action the daily order manifest from the operations lead by the 9:00 AM hard cut-off
  • Verify that all manifest entries are complete (customer name, phone, item, delivery address, delivery method)
  • Flag any missing or inconsistent information before proceeding with communication
  • Notify the logistics officer immediately upon manifest receipt with a summary of outgoing goods
  • Coordinate order dispatch to ensure all items are sent out.
  • Book items returning to the office for next-day Lagos delivery.
  • Maintain a log of every template sent, including time, customer name, and template used
  • Ensure every order on the manifest is accounted for with no blank entries

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an admin, customer service, or logistics coordination role
  • Excellent written communication skills in English — clear, professional, and error-free
  • Strong attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to inaccuracies
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under time pressure
  • Proficient with WhatsApp Business and basic data entry tools (Google Sheets or equivalent)
  • Available and fully attentive Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Trustworthy and discreet in handling customer data and business information.
