Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin/Logistics Personnel to manage administrative tasks and coordinate logistics operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, timely movement of goods, and effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative duties and office coordination
Plan and manage logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules
Coordinate procurement and track inventory movement
Maintain proper documentation for logistics and administrative activities
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Support operational processes to improve efficiency
Prepare reports and maintain records for management review.
Requirements
Requirements
OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field
Proven experience in an administration and/or logistics role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
