Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin/Logistics Personnel to manage administrative tasks and coordinate logistics operations efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, timely movement of goods, and effective coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties and office coordination
  • Plan and manage logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate procurement and track inventory movement
  • Maintain proper documentation for logistics and administrative activities
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Support operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Prepare reports and maintain records for management review.

Requirements

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in an administration and/or logistics role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
