BID / TENDERING SPECIALIST (BTS261)

Role Summary:
The Bid / Tendering Specialist is responsible for managing prequalification processes, tender documentation, and bid submissions for energy servicing and engineering projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track tenders from IOCs, utilities, and government agencies
• Prepare Prequalification (PQ) and Expression of Interest (EOI) documents
• Compile technical, commercial, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate engineering inputs, BoQs, schedules, and costing
• Ensure compliance with NNPC, DPR/NUPRC, and client requirements
• Maintain bid success analytics and an up-to-date tender database
   

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or related field
• 4–6 years experience in EPC or energy project tendering
• Strong documentation and compliance management skills
• Familiarity with Nigerian energy procurement standards
• Strong coordination and deadline management ability
