*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Assist in training and coaching new team members, sharing best practices to elevate overall team performance.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Call Centre Supervisor or similar customer service role in a reputable company
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma or its equivalent
