Chief Financial Officer (CFO0126)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all branches
• Drive profitability through effective cost control and financial discipline
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure operational stability
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls across finance, inventory, and operations
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Supervise and develop the finance team across all locations.

Requirements

• Professional certification: ACA or ACCA (mandatory)
• 9 - 12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 7–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in retail or multi-branch operations
• Solid knowledge of financial controls, audit, and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an added advantage)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
