Dairy milk production line technician/operator

Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP).Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.Monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure product consistency.Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to sanitation protocols (CIP).
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing or mechanical engineering is a plus.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
