  • The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to solve business problems.
  • Present findings and recommendations through reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data management systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
