Human Resource/Chief Operating Officer (Crypto) (HRC0126)

We are hiring a COO / HR Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, enforce company structure, and ensure smooth coordination across trading, customer service, payments, and internal administration.

This role is for someone who can bring order, discipline, accountability, and proper structure into a fast-moving OTC crypto trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and productivity
• Create and enforce company policies, SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems
• Supervise traders, customer service staff, payment officers, and other operational staff
• Ensure proper trade documentation, shift handover, and daily reporting
• Monitor transaction processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and accountability
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, and performance reviews
• Handle HR matters including queries, warnings, welfare, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure customer complaints and trade-related issues are properly escalated and resolved
• Work with management to improve company structure, operations, and growth
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management, HR, admin, or business management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Highly organized, disciplined, proactive, and accountable
• Ability to manage staff firmly but professionally
• Good understanding of crypto/fintech operations is an advantage
• Strong documentation, reporting, and supervision skills
• Ability to create structure where things are scattered
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, and basic office tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Pay: ₦350,000.00 per month
