IT Executive / Technician (IET261)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Executive / Technician to maintain and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance of all IT systems. The role involves installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware, software, and end-user systems, as well as providing user support and training.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network systems.
• Monitor and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure within the organization.
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to IT service requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in managing LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure secure and stable connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on IT systems and hardware.
• Ensure backup systems and disaster recovery plans are functioning properly.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- HND or BSc in IT / Computer Science. MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, Thin Clients, printers, Outlook, MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
